Effective December 5, 2011, CGS will be consolidating their mailroom locations to coincide with the final transition of their J15 segments. Please note the changes to their mailing post office boxes listed on their website.
If you're currently mailing to any of the old post office boxes, you will need to start mailing to the new address effective December 5th, 2011. Until then, continue to use the old mailing address.
The claims addresses will be updated in the StreamlinePM+TM system on December 2, 2011.
