We are seeking a responsible and energetic individual to join our team. You will train medical groups, physicians and their staffs in the use of our software in the electronic health records process and assist in the implementation of our products. 
Our Implementation Specialists are a special breed and we are looking for dedicated individuals with strong work ethics. Your experience in the healthcare arena is helpful—particularly in a physician’s office or group practice.

These are some of the responsibilities that you will be expected to perform:

1.  Represent PRC Medical as a trainer for the efficient use of the EHR software.
2.  Listen and communicate with clients to help manage expectations, identify key issues, and understand specific customer needs.
3. Use good judgment and experience to make recommendations that will best meet the needs of the specific medical practice.
4.  Coordinate training and implementation with our customer’s IT departments to ensure that installation of hardware and software is completed in a timely manner.
5.  Communicate effectively with Implementation Project Manager and team members about project progress.
6.  Deliver training curriculum to physicians, clinical and support staff for all locations.
7.  Organize and lead training sessions.
8.  Train others on EHR software and learn the customization features
9.  Suggest software modifications and enhancements.
10.  Assist with cloning databases for specialty practices.
11. Create favorites lists i.e. ICD-9, CPT, labs, diagnostics, medication, x-rays, MRIs, etc.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Proven ability to communicate concisely and confidently
  • Ability to keep track of numerous detail-intensive, interdependent tasks
  • Ability to work on software with basic knowledge of database administration
  • Strong computer literacy including knowledge of Windows-based software applications
  • Ability to train a variety of end users with computer applications
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Sense of urgency to complete follow up activity
  • Personal accountability coupled with self management skills
  • Must be wiling to travel approximately 15-20 percent
 PREFERRED
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Clinical implementation experience
  • Participation in the utilization and/or implementation of an EHR system
  • Practice Management experience
