UnitedHealth Group is working to unify all of their health benefits businesses under the UnitedHealthcare brand. Unison Health Plan of Ohio is now UnitedHealthcare Community Plan. Patients should be receiving newly branded ID cards soon. The Unison website will eventually transition to www.uhccommunityplan.com.
